Fun Pasta Fundraising Print E-mail

fun_pasta_fundraising.pngMLH Members,

In order to continue to do the fun and very important things Mended Little Hearts of CMH does, fundraising is a very vidal part of our mission and goals of the group. Last year we had our 1st Family Fun Party, made 3-D under the sea mobiles for all the Heart kids in the hospital, put together care-packages for families that are in the hospital, made t-shirts for the heart walk and provided a luncheon, had a picnic/meeting in the park outside Lincoln Park Zoo. These are some of the things that we do for the group families and other CHD families.  All these things cost money and in order to continue to do this it is important that we do some fund-raising.

We found this company called Fun Pasta and they sell all natural 14 oz bags of everyday, sports, collegiate, holiday pasta. To see what kind of reaction we have been asking neighbors, friends, clients and family and everyone loves the pasta and has ordered several bags.

The bags cost $6.50 to $7.50 a bag and they have a long shelf life. I figured the best time to do the Fun Pasta Fundraiser would be February 1st through February 15th. Since our party is February 14th everyone can turn in the order sheets with the money and I will place the order the following Monday. It takes approximately 2 weeks to get the shipment.

If everyone in our group sold just 24 bags of pasta that would raise $64.00 a family and would cover the cost of 2 Care-Packages.

Please e-mail me if you will help do this very easy fundraiser and I will mail you out the catalog right away.

Thank you for all your help!!!
