This is the "CarePackage" our group gives to families with children admitted to Children's Memorial Hospital Cardiology.

It costs approx. $30.00 per bag to buy. We would love to have people:

• "Sponsor" a bag for someone admitted
• Make a general donation to our group for the bags or
• Provide us with products to put in the bags.
